DG Challenge 2013 - Week 30

We are back on the air!   Hope everyone used the week off from
Challenge routes to make up a missed week or simple take a break from
the heat.

7.5 miles for week 30.  In a rare change-up, this week's route is
mostly one giant loop. There are a few sections along Ogden Ave
without sidewalks, so use your best judgment and be safe.

Stay hydrated, stay cool.
